Use of our Booking Channels (including website, mobile app, partner portals, and third-party platforms) for making a reservation in respect of any Stays7 Property is permitted only to individuals who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Accordingly, individuals who are classified as “incompetent to contract” under the Act — including but not limited to minors (under 18 years of age), persons of unsound mind, and those disqualified by law — are not eligible to make a Booking through any of our channels.

Stays7 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Booking made in violation of this provision, without any liability.

Stays7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the pages of this website solely for the purpose of making legitimate bookings for personal, non-commercial use.

Your right to access and use this website is strictly conditional upon your compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable notices on this platform. Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate and automatic termination of any rights granted to you, without prior notice.

Please note that the inclusion of any amenities or services in a Property listing does not constitute a guarantee of their availability at all times. Stays7 reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any amenity or service associated with any Property at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Stays7 takes all reasonable efforts and necessary precautions to ensure that the information, images, property details, and pricing displayed across our website, mobile application, and other booking channels are accurate and up to date at the time of publication.

However, despite our best efforts, certain typographical, technical, or data-entry errors may inadvertently occur. You acknowledge and agree that Stays7 shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in content, including but not limited to property descriptions, availability, amenities, pricing, or promotional information.

We reserve the right to correct or update such content at any time without prior notice and without any liability arising therefrom.

To ensure enhanced comfort and convenience for our Guests, Stays7 may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, arrange additional services such as private chef, housekeeping, vehicle rental, event support staff, or other custom amenities by coordinating with trusted third-party vendors, upon prior request from the Guest.

Guests acknowledge and agree that these additional services are not included in the Booking Amount, Advance, or Security Deposit paid during the initial booking process. Such services may attract separate charges, which will be communicated in advance and shall be payable directly as per the applicable terms.

These optional services are arranged solely for the convenience of Guests, and Stays7 does not assume any liability, responsibility, or obligation for the execution, quality, or availability of such third-party services.

All tariffs listed on Stays7’s official website, mobile application, and other authorized booking channels are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the company.

Prices may be displayed per room, per night, or per multiple-room booking, depending on the property and package selected. The tariff may or may not include applicable government taxes, service charges, or additional fees, depending on the nature of the property and the specific booking terms. Guests are advised to carefully review the breakdown of charges before confirming any booking.

In rare cases, pricing errors may occur due to technical glitches or system issues beyond the control of Stays7. In such events, Stays7 reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, and the erroneous pricing shall not be binding or enforceable against Stays7. The corrected price shall be communicated to the Guest, who will then have the option to either proceed with the revised price or cancel the booking.

By making a reservation with Stays7, all Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that they shall not acquire possession, ownership rights, tenancy, leasehold, or any form of title or claim over the booked property at any point during or after their stay. The right to use the property is purely temporary, governed strictly by the terms of the booking, and is subject to compliance with all check-in conditions as outlined below.

Admission & Check-in Conditions:

Guests will not be permitted to enter or stay at the property unless the following conditions are fulfilled:

1. Booking Confirmation issued by Stays7 along with valid proof of complete payment of the Booking Amount.

2. Submission of original government-issued photo identification (ID) for every individual guest (including minors, if required), along with photocopies, in accordance with applicable government security regulations.

3. Accurate registration of guest details including names, contact information, and addresses (including for children) in the Guest Register maintained at the property or digitally.

4. Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the stay.

5. If any false, misleading or incomplete information is found in the booking or check-in details, Stays7 reserves the right to cancel the booking, deny admission, or evict such guests without any refund or compensation whatsoever.

Right to Deny or Revoke Entry:

In case of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, Stays7 reserves full right to:

• Deny check-in to the Guest(s)

• Cancel the booking without refund

• Forfeit any Advance or Security Deposit paid

• Evict the Guests from the property, if already checked-in

In such cases, no claims, legal or otherwise, shall be entertained by Stays7 and the Guests shall have no right to compensation of any kind.

Guest Count and Visitors Policy:

• The total number of Guests and their visitors at the property must not exceed the number declared at the time of booking.

• Any request for additional persons shall be subject to Stays7’s written approval and may incur additional charges.

• Unauthorised visitors or unapproved additional guests may lead to cancellation of booking or eviction, without refund.

Stays7 reserves the right to charge and add any additional reservation or facilitation fees without prior notice to the Guests.

Guests hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree that the payment of the Advance and/or Security Deposit (as determined on a case-by-case basis by Stays7), or receipt of a Booking Confirmation, unequivocally signifies that the Guests have thoroughly read, comprehended, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, and details pertaining to the Booking, and agree to abide by the same.

It is expressly clarified that issuance of a Booking Confirmation shall not constitute a definitive confirmation of the Booking.

Stays7 shall bear no liability to honor or fulfill any Booking unless the full and complete Booking Amount is remitted by the Guest(s) through the authorized mode of payment as communicated by Stays7 to the Guest(s). In the absence of receipt of the full Booking Amount by the stipulated deadlines, any Booking Confirmation issued shall be deemed null, void, canceled, and withdrawn ab initio.

In cases where Bookings are effected via third-party websites, applications, travel agents, advertisements, referrals, or any other intermediaries, it is incumbent upon the Guest(s) to confirm the Booking directly with Stays7. Stays7 disclaims any liability or obligation to honor such Bookings unless full payment is received directly by Stays7 via the authorized payment channels, notwithstanding any Booking Confirmation issued by third parties or Stays7.

Furthermore, Bookings procured through third parties shall be subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions, which shall operate concomitantly with Stays7’s terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the third-party terms and the terms set forth herein or communicated by Stays7, the terms and conditions of Stays7 shall prevail and govern exclusively.

At Stays7, we are unwavering in our commitment to safeguarding your personal and sensitive information. Any data voluntarily or mandatorily submitted to us—whether through our online or offline booking interfaces—shall be treated as strictly confidential and will be processed, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and prevailing statutory mandates.

In line with applicable Indian law, the collection, retention, and utilization of personal data via our digital platforms shall be governed by, but not limited to, the following legislative and regulatory frameworks:

i. The Information Technology Act, 2000 and all subsequent amendments concerning the lawful handling of personal data;

ii. The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 or any amendments thereto, which regulate content and intermediary liability;

iii. The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, including any revisions enacted thereafter, which prescribe minimum security standards for the handling of sensitive data.

All personal details acquired in the course of bookings made through any of Stays7’s offline or direct communication channels shall also be protected with equivalent rigour. We maintain robust security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.

By engaging with our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and controlled processing of your personal data, solely for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with the aforementioned statutory obligations.

All proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to the software infrastructure, source code, content architecture, visual assets, data structures, and underlying systems powering the Stays7 booking platforms—whether accessed via website, mobile application, or any affiliated digital interface—are and shall remain the exclusive and indivisible property of Stays7.

This includes, without limitation, all intellectual property and intangible assets associated therewith, including but not limited to: proprietary algorithms, artistic works, custom designs, operational methodologies, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, brand expressions, taglines, domain names, confidential frameworks, business processes, know-how, technical documentation, creative assets, audio-visual elements, and any copyrightable material or trade secrets subsisting therein.

No individual or entity shall, without the express prior written authorization of Stays7, directly or indirectly: replicate, reproduce, mirror, archive, crawl, extract, index, hyperlink (including deep or embedded linking), frame, publish, broadcast, distribute, modify, commercialize, reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any component of the aforementioned intellectual assets for personal, commercial, derivative, or academic use.

In the event that any content, element, or asset originating from Stays7 is used in contravention of these terms—whether by way of duplication, adaptation, or integration—such unauthorized usage shall be deemed a material breach and actionable infringement of Stays7's legal rights. Moreover, any derivative intellectual property arising from the misuse or manipulation of Stays7's assets shall, without exception, be irrevocably and unconditionally assigned to Stays7 without the need for further documentation or consideration.

Stays7 retains the absolute right to initiate legal proceedings, claim damages, and seek injunctive relief against any party found infringing upon its intellectual property, whether domestically or internationally, under the prevailing laws governing intellectual property protection.

Upon successful receipt of the Advance and/or Security Deposit, Stays7 shall provisionally reserve the Property by classifying the reservation status as “Booking on Hold.” This temporary status does not constitute a confirmed booking and is merely an interim acknowledgment of partial payment.

The booking shall only be deemed valid, confirmed, and enforceable upon the complete and timely remittance of the entire Booking Amount through the officially recognized and registered payment methods as expressly communicated by Stays7 to the Guest(s).

Should the Guest(s) fail to remit the full payment by the prescribed deadline or use an unregistered payment channel, Stays7 reserves the unequivocal right to revoke the on-hold status, and the booking shall stand automatically cancelled without any obligation of notice, liability, or compensation.

Stays7 shall bear no responsibility or accountability to honor or proceed with any reservation wherein the payment obligations have not been fully satisfied in accordance with the stipulated terms.

The official Check-in and Check-out timings shall be explicitly stated in the respective Booking Confirmation issued by Stays7. Guests are strongly advised to adhere to these specified timings to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.

Early arrival prior to the stipulated Check-in time is discouraged, as accommodation and readiness of the Property may not be guaranteed before the designated commencement. In the event that a Guest arrives and/or gains access to the Property prior to the stated Check-in time, Stays7 reserves the right to levy an early occupancy charge, the quantum of which shall be determined solely at the discretion of Stays7.

Any request for deviation from the standard Check-out time must be made in advance and shall be considered subject to availability and operational feasibility. Only upon written confirmation from Stays7 shall such extensions be deemed valid.

Under no circumstances shall Guests remain on the premises beyond the confirmed Check-out time unless formally authorized in writing. Unapproved late departures may attract penal charges as assessed by Stays7 and shall be binding and non-negotiable.

To initiate and secure a reservation with Stays7, Guests are mandatorily required to remit an Advance Payment and/or Security Deposit (as applicable) prior to the issuance of the Booking Confirmation. This advance serves as a safeguard against potential revenue loss arising from cancellations or non-payment of the balance amount. Failure to pay the stipulated advance shall result in non-issuance of the Booking Confirmation, and no reservation shall be deemed valid without it.

Upon check-in, Guests are obligated to inspect the premises and report any existing damage to property, fixtures, equipment, utensils, or furnishings within 90 minutes of arrival. Failure to report within the stipulated time frame shall be construed as the Guest’s acknowledgment that the property was received in proper condition, and any subsequent damage shall be deemed to have occurred during their stay. Accordingly, the Guest shall be held fully liable for the cost of restoration or replacement, without contest or delay.

Guests shall be expected to exercise utmost care and diligence in the use of the property and its contents. At the conclusion of the stay, the Guest must return the property in good condition, subject only to reasonable wear and tear. Should any item forming part of a complete set (e.g., glassware, crockery, decorative pieces) be damaged or broken, and an identical replacement is not available, the Guest shall be financially responsible for the replacement of the entire set.

Guests are strictly prohibited from relocating or moving any furniture, fixtures, equipment, or décor from their original positions—excluding light movable items such as plastic or cane furniture—without prior written consent from Stays7.

It is expressly understood that Stays7 may not be able to conduct a full damage inspection immediately at the time of the Guest’s departure due to the nature and scale of property operations. A comprehensive inspection shall be carried out during the interim period between check-out and the subsequent guest's check-in. Any cost assessed for repairs or replacements, once finalized by Stays7, shall be binding and non-negotiable.

The Security Deposit, after deducting any applicable damage charges, shall be refunded within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of check-out. Any such refund shall be made either via bank transfer, cheque, or the same mode used for payment, as per details provided by the Guest.

Should the cost of damages exceed the value of the Security Deposit, the Guest shall be duly informed in writing and shall be required to remit the balance amount within 7 (seven) days from the date of such intimation, without protest or delay.

Stays7 accepts a range of secure, authorized payment methods to facilitate a seamless booking experience. All transactions must be executed through registered and officially accepted channels as listed below:

Payments through such cards may be made via our designated booking portals, subject to availability and compliance with card network regulations.

Guests may alternatively opt to complete payments through Net Banking services offered by their respective banks. While Stays7 enables this facility via integrated payment gateways, any transactional charges, service fees, or deductions imposed by the banks or third-party gateways shall be borne solely by the Guest. Stays7 shall not be held liable for such charges or any transaction failures caused due to technical errors, insufficient funds, or gateway service disruptions.

3. Payment Obligation

In the event the full payment, as required for the confirmation and servicing of a booking, is not successfully completed by the Guest through an authorized payment mode within the stipulated deadline:

• Stays7 reserves the unequivocal right to withhold or cancel the booking without any obligation of service.

• The Booking shall be deemed void and no claim for accommodation, refund, or compensation shall be entertained in such a scenario.

Guests are advised to ensure that transactions are completed promptly and through officially communicated channels only. Stays7 shall not recognize or be responsible for any payments made to unauthorized agents, links, or third-party individuals claiming affiliation.

The accommodation of pets at Stays7 properties is strictly subject to prior approval and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The permission to bring pets, along with applicable charges (if any), shall be clearly stated in the Booking Confirmation issued by Stays7.

• Explicit written consent has been obtained from Stays7 in advance.

• The pet is exactly the one for which such consent has been granted.

Failure to comply with this policy shall result in denial of entry to the Property for the pet. In the event of unauthorized pet presence post check-in, Stays7 reserves the absolute right to evict the Guests from the premises without any refund or compensation.

2. Non-Refundable Pet Fee

Where permitted, Stays7 may levy a non-refundable Pet Fee. This fee shall be communicated in advance and must be settled as part of the booking process. No exceptions or waivers shall apply.

3. Guest Responsibility & Conduct

Guests remain fully liable for their pets at all times during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ensuring the pet remains within the bounds of the Property and under constant supervision.

• Preventing any form of damage, defilement, or destruction to the premises, interiors, furnishings, garden areas, or any other part of the property.

• Guaranteeing that the pet’s behavior does not result in disturbance, nuisance, or threat to neighboring residents, staff, or other guests in proximity.

Any breach of this policy, or incident resulting from pet behavior, will attract penalties, damage charges, or eviction at the sole discretion of Stays7.

Any violation or breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein shall lead to the immediate and irrevocable termination of the Booking. Such breach will entitle Stays7 to:

• Promptly evict and remove the Guest(s) from the Property without delay.

• Confiscate and forfeit in full the entire Booking Amount and any other payments made by the Guest(s).

No claim for refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be entertained under any circumstances once such breach has occurred. This action shall be executed without prejudice to any further rights or remedies available to Stay

a.Guests acknowledge and agree that the Property booked is a residential premise surrounded by other occupants. It is imperative that the conduct of the Guests does not disrupt the peace, tranquility, or dignity of the neighbors.

b. The Property shall be utilized solely for residential accommodation purposes and under no circumstances for any commercial or other unauthorized use.

c. Guests must not cause or permit any nuisance, damage, or disturbance to the neighbors’ property or the surrounding environment.

d. To maintain neighborly harmony, Guests shall refrain from playing loud music or causing excessive noise around the poolside, garden, compound, balconies, terraces, or any outdoor areas that may cause disturbance or nuisance.

e. The Property must not be used for any unlawful, illegal, or immoral activities. Stays7, its representatives, employees, agents, or affiliates shall bear no responsibility or liability for any such acts committed by the Guests.

f.Possession, consumption, or trafficking of prohibited substances, including drugs, is strictly forbidden. Organization of rave parties or any similar unlawful gatherings on or around the Property is prohibited. Violation of this clause shall result in immediate eviction and the filing of a formal police complaint by Stays7 against the offending Guests.
